Introduction
Having high movement speed can be a great advantage in HoSK. My reasons: when you move fast, it's very possible to can catch your enemy off guard. In addition you will also have the chasing power you need to finish them if they try to escape. Also we all know "ring around the tower" is a very annoying game, and coincidentally most people use the damn tactic. With high movement speed you can prevent this scenario from stopping you. This strategy works especially well on Melee dps builds and you only need a few items to start off.
What you will need
These are the items you will need to complete the speed set.This stratagem works mainly in early game, before everyone else rushes movement speed.
First get yourself one of these:
As for the rest of the money, you can buy something you need for damage or hp.
Then after gaining enough gold from your lane you should upgrade to one of these:
Getting another dragon helm after is a good idea, since it is such a well rounded item.
The other items needed you can get in any order:

All together these items grant +140 movement speed, PLUS the active from demonic dagger
Also as a side note, slowing passives such as slow aura  and poison slash  Work wonders with this tactic.
